to thank your Company for having wheelchair transportation
in St Petersburg. Our guide Olga was delightful and very
informative she is a keeper for your Company. Andre was very
attentive to my needs Using an electric wheelchair makes it
very limited where I can go. Andre made it possible for me
to see everything with the portable ramp he used where there
were stairs. I will paas this information along to all my
fellow friends with special needs that like to travel.

Nach St.
Petersburg sind wir ja noch die Häfen von Helsinki,

Сегодня в Пушкине карнавал!
Но так получилось, что председатель Пушкинского ВОИ (кстати,
член нашего фонда Общение) организовала нам (колясочники:
Кроньев, Машков, Попрыгин, Фомин) экскурсию в Петродворец
именно в этот день. Экскурсия была запланирована заранее и к
моменту проведения почти у каждого из нас появились причины
не ехать - карнавал, день рожденье, подготовка к отъезду в
санаторий и т. п. Но, мы поехали чтобы не разочаровывать
председателя ВОИ - человек старался для нас (деньги,
организация). Вот с таким "не супер" настроением мы
встретили людей из туристической фирмы, которые приехали за
нами на довольно приличном автобусе с подъемником. Мы стали
первыми питерскими клиентами туристической фирмы для
инвалидов «Либерти». До нас у них были только иностранные
клиенты. С первых минут и до конца экскурсии мы были под
неустанном заботливым вниманием работников фирмы «Либерти».
Было такое чувство, словно мы знакомы не один год. Мария всю
дорогу рассказывала о Петергофе и что с ним связано в разные
периоды исторического времени. Мы посетили Путевой дворец,
который стал доступен для наших колясок с помощью
универсального раздвижного пандуса фирмы «Либерти». Было
сделано много снимков на фоне фонтанов и памятников. Мне
удалось погладить ногу Нептуна, правда желание забыл
загадать. Но, главное желание есть - снова посетить эту
столицу фонтанов.
Когда мы подкреплялись у одного из киосков, я спросил о
времени надеясь услышать что то около 15 час., но неожиданно
был удивлён - было уже около 18 часов. Вот так не заметно
для всех нас прошло время - просто праздник, который был
организован пушкинским ВОИ, а воплощён с помощью прекрасных
и удивительных людей из фирмы «Либерти».
Сегодня я снова долго не смогу заснуть, так всегда со мной
бывает, когда я чем то "потрясён".

can't tell you how much we enjoyed our tour with Liberty!
Everything was perfectly planned and we saw everything on
our list. Thank you so much! The van was perfect for us and
the driver, Serge, very good at getting around traffic jams
and very helpful with my parents. Olga, our guide, was
wonderful! Her English was so good even my parents with
their mild hearing problems could understand her. She was
very knowledgeable and full of information about everything
from history to architecture. She was also very kind and
patient with my parents. The restaurant, the Baron (?), on
the first day was excellent and we enjoyed it very much.
I
have left a glowing review of your company in the Cruise
Critic disability forum and have already had one person ask
for more information. I gave her this email address to
contact you. Olga told us that your company is a fairly new
one founded by three women. I just want you to know that we
think you are doing a very good job and one that is needed
